By using Mivaryna, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Mivaryna App for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any commercial purposes
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
4. App Features and Services
Mivaryna provides various brain training features including:
- Puzzle challenges and brain games
- Cognitive training exercises
- Focus and attention improvement tools
- Speed and reaction training
- Movie-themed puzzle content
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features at any time without notice.
5. Subscription Services
Mivaryna offers subscription services to unlock premium features:
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
- Subscription prices may change with notice
6. Virtual Currency and Coins
The App includes a virtual currency system (coins) that:
- Can be earned through gameplay and activities
- Are used for in-app features and rewards
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged
- May be lost if the App is deleted or your data is reset
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Use automated means to access the App
- Engage in any behavior that could harm other users
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Mivaryna, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mivaryna from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
